Tax Director’s Office

Our office is located on the second floor of the Barnes County Courthouse at 230 4^th St NW, Room 201, Valley City ND 58072. Office hours: M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Our office stays open over lunch hour unless we are short staffed)

For information on assessments outside the city of Valley City, information on the abatement process, the senior citizens or disabled persons property tax credit or other available exemptions, please call our office.
